We had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions Seville has to offer. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace on the top of the roof, where we had a nice breakfast in the morning. Despite a few small drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its affordability and great location. we had a lovely stay and would consider returning in the future.

hotel liked it, you can hardly count on the conditions of a four- or five-star hotel. I had a 20-square-foot room overlooking the street. Cozy, clean, staff is friendly, English-speaking staff. There's a unique, heady smell of blooming oranges outside. Internet is good, reception and issuance was from 20 to 30 mbps. Bathroom is sterile, all staffed. Neighbors were not heard. Our street is little lively, relatively quiet, windows in Seville are almost everywhere single and noisy at night. ideal remedy for the noise was the blinds on the windows, we lowered for the night and became as quiet as in the village. the legs were humming with fatigue, sleeping like dead. Breakfasts were not used - near the darkness of cafes, taverns and restaurants - for every taste and wallet. All the sights were reached on foot. a hundred meters from the hotel there was a bicycle rental point. I'll stay here in Seville. I think I'm lucky to be here.
Squeaky back of the bed, no toilet flakes.

Excellent treatment from the staff, especially the girl, nice and attentive. room is a bit small but very cosy. It was on the top floor, modern, with many plugs to plug in and charge appliances. Generous "amenities", modern and equipped bathroom, with window to the street to facilitate the ventilation. comfortable bed, lights of destiny intensity to put the room to the pleasure of the person. It had a wide covered terrace with imitation grass carpet, tables and chairs, to spend quiet and pleasant moments. Near the bus station, Cartuja and converted train station in the Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants, shops and terraces in the surrounding area. quiet place at night. very close to the Paseo de Cristóbal Colón and Guadalquivir river.

This hotel had a great location, with the main attractions just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities including a bath and shower. The breakfast offered a good selection of options. One aspect mentioned by a reviewer was that the hotel provided detailed information on where to go and what to eat in the area, which was very helpful for exploring the city.
No improvement needed, everything was fine.

The hotel is simple, small but conviently situated. The staff is polite and helpful. Above all it is good value for money in a city (Seville), which is getting expensive.
Only one thing spoiled our stay a bit. That was water dripping from the airconditioning unit, and which did not get fixed during the few days we stayed there

Excellent hotel location. It's 5 minutes walk to the old centre. Nearby is a fairly busy street, where there are many different places and shops. Reception is 24 hours a day (for us this was very important due to the late arrival in Malaga and way 200 km to Seville). Well trained staff. car park is nearby in one of the buildings. In case of advance reservation, you are guaranteed to leave a space there (for the center of Seville it is very convenient). Next door is a small traditional Tavern with comfortable prices, where we had a very comfortable breakfast, since breakfast was late, we also tasted the traditional Jerez (not bad for breakfast). Thanks to the location of the hotel, we walked everywhere and saw a lot in a very short period of time. According to my friends in Seville were the best souvenirs in Andalusia :.
Separate beds. For the first time faced with the problem that even when pre-ordered a single double bed, hotels in Spain do not guarantee its provision. Since we arrived very late on the first night, there were no other rooms in the hotel. In the morning, at our request, we were replaced with the necessary rooms. The staff moved our belongings into them on their own.

It's very dignified. Polite, gentle, clean. Great breakfast. The room has a hair dryer and even, in addition to shampoo soap, travel kits: toothbrush with paste and razor with foam. It's a credit to them... We were in mid-January. Night was outside plus two, afternoon plus seventeen. No heating in the room, air conditioning. We didn't touch it. It was comfortable. Reception is 24 hours a day. It's a lovely location. Five minutes walk to the bus station, ten minutes to the main square. And the streets of the old town start right across the street where the hotel is.
Only the view from the window to the well did not like. But there's nothing to see out the window either. You have to look at the city and then fall and sleep.

A very pleasant and convenient place to stay. The location was excellent, allowing us to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in the city. The reception staff was outstanding - they were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and picturesque, and the breakfast, while not amazing, was more than enough. I would recommend this hotel for its good value and great location.

Clean and a triumph of economy in design (need to stand beside the toilet to open the door for example!) but adequate. Air con leaks condensate into at least two rooms. Suspect it has been doing so for some time (with the knowledge of the hotel proprietor).

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, close to major tourist attractions, the river and the Cathedral. the staff is helpful and friendly. the room is spacious, bright, and well-equipped with modern amenities.
The hotel's cleanliness is questionable.
